Refund policy

Content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation. You expressly waive your right of withdrawal when confirming the purchase (mandatory checkbox).

We always refund

Payments charged without delivery.
Duplicate payments.
Purchases made by a minor without parental consent.
Products not matching their description (including odds not honoured).

Case by case

Any other request within 14 days, if the content (including packs) hasn't been opened, traded or sold. Delivered content is then removed from the account.
